Why is there a sudden dip or spike in income on bar graph?

When using Rio you might come across a sudden dip or spike on one of the years on a graph. In the case below, at Ashley’s age 93, Robert has died which caused a serious drop Social Security income. That explains the dip. Why does the income increase so much the following year? Prior to Ashley’s age 94, we were withdrawing money from taxable withdrawals to pay expenses. At Ashley’s age 94 all the assets except savings have been used up and there’s no tax when you’re just withdrawing from savings to pay bills. No tax = more income available!
